Great post! I am from Budapest, and I can vouch for every part that you have written. I would like to add one thing however: the turkish baths are really a unique side of the city. There are many to visit, like the Szechenyi Istvan bath on the Pest side, the Lukacs bath, also on the Pest side, and many others, google will tell you:-)
